Personal Training

Activ8 Game Personal Training has been oeprating since 2003 and has been involved with helping hundreds of clients reach their health and fitness goals. With qualificatoins including Certificate III in Fitness, Certificate IV in Personal Training, Olympic LIfting and Strength and Conditioning, we have extensive knowledge to provide a large range of services to our clients. 

Our Director has been involved in working with professional athletes from Basketball, Soccer, Rugby League, Rugby Union, Swimming, Track and Field, Triathlon, Golf, Cycling, Edurance Running and Cricket. 

Part of this experience includes spending time as the Head Strength and Conditioning Trainer with the Melbourne Storm NSW Cup team from 2008 - 2009.

Coaching

We specialise in providing One on One and small group coaching in Basketball. 

Our Basketball coach has 15 years coaching experience working with professional teams, junior representative programs, school programs and coaching individual players who have been involved in our national junior programs. We focus solely on skill development and focus on all skill aspects of the game including footwork, ballhandling, shooting technique, defense, rebounding and passing. Our approach includes a variety of training approaches incorporating drills and exercises that also improve fitness, agility, speed and power. We also include the use of video analysis techniques and performance analysis to continue to the growth of our athletes during competitions.
